Full Moon Ride – Laverton Railway Station to Newport
lavertoncreek

Start: Mon, 05 Jan 2015
Time: 7:12 pm
Finish: 11:00 pm
Meeting place: Laverton Railway Station

Details

Because it’s a weeknight, this ride is the shorter version. However instead of ending at Williamstown as we usually do, we will ride some back streets to get to Newport Railway station, via Laverton Creek and the coast path.  Those who want to ride further can ride on to Footscray Station or to the City. Total length about 14km.

Due to daylight saving, the full moon probably won’t rise until the end of the ride and most of the ride will be in daylight.

Catch the 6:43 Werribee train from Flinders Street Platform 10, the last carriage is at the St Kilda Rd end. Or meet us at Laverton Railway Station.
