Rides and events from 22nd February 2016
Here is your list of Bike Fun events and more. Love to see you on a ride soon! Bike Fun rides mostly go at a social pace, Some rides are off-road recreational, some are on-road mini-masses. Food and moderate alcohol consumption are often featured. We also list rides organised by others, usually with a link to their website.

#AlbisRide is a memorial ride for all those bike riders lost on our roads through careless actions of motorists. In the name of Alberto Paulon but in memory of so many more. This ride is a 3 kilometre trek down Sydney Rd finishing at Bell St where you can disperse and go home.
With more than 3000 riders on the road, all on their different modes of transport, it is a show of solidarity. We invite office groups and racing teams in their colours or uniforms, we invite those on cargo bikes, bike share, the weekend rattler and the high end racer. This is a ride for everyone.
In #AlbisRide16 we want to see 8000 riders on Sydney road.
This event is supported and assisted by the following group(s):
Cycle.org.au
Revitalise Sydney Road,
Humans on Bikes.
Moreland Bicycle Users Group
Freestyle Cyclists (meeting at Royal Park railway station at 5:15pm)

The Women’s Ride is a single day celebration of women’s riding. Unlike other organised rides, the Women’s Ride is not focused around a single ride or single event. It incorporates a variety of riding events from around Victoria. These include recreational group riding, casual social rides as well as different disciplines of racing.
The best part of the day is that its all about you! You can take part in an existing ride, or you can set up a ride with your family, friends, colleagues, whoever. All of the content in The Women’s Ride is generated at a grass roots level by communities of women who love to ride. It’s one day in the year when we all come together to celebrate what it means to be women on bikes.
